eFlow.ie is committed to:

Maintaining an Accessible Website.

Ensuring that this website achieves “Level AA” conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, to comply with the National Disability Authority’s Code of Practice on Accessibility of Public Services and Information Provided by Public Bodies Ensuring that all new information on the website will achieve “Level AA” conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Including accessibility when we procure 3rd-party systems or upgrades to existing systems
We are currently addressing these areas and we are working towards achieving “Level AA” conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 by the end of Q2 2022.
N.B. The eFlow website eFlow.ie is made up of two separate domains - eflow.ie and secure.eflow.ie.

Compliance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. eflow.ie is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1. and is planning to be fully conformant by the end of Q2 2022.

Non-Accessible Content

Some content on the current eFlow website (made up of domains eflow.ie & secure.eflow.ie) is non-accessible, however it is planned to be replaced with new conformant content by the end of Q2 2022.
Work has been ongoing in connection with the new eFlow.ie website which was launched in August 2021. Since then, eFlow have been undertaking a series of developments to optimise our website service. This work may at time affect some accessibility elements, however we are working closely with the developers to address the non-compliant content on an ongoing basis.
The current non-accessible content is as follows:
Text on some pages do not meet WCAG minimum colour-contrast requirements – Text that is too faint can cause problems for users who are colour blind or have low vision. WCAG requires a minimum colour contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text, and 3:1 for large text (18pt and above, or 14pt bold). (eflow.ie)
