Visit “Pay a Penalty” on our website. You can use your ‘PIN’ or ‘Notice Number’ to access your unpaid tolls and penalties, both of which are located on your penalty letter. You can retrieve your PIN if you’ve misplaced or haven’t received it, by entering the details of your last journey.
If you have missed the payment deadline, and a penalty has been applied, the total amount must be paid to prevent any penalties from escalating.

Sign up for an eFlow account to pay your tolls automatically and avoid future penalties. You’ll have the option to add any unpaid toll journeys at a reduced rate during the signup process.
If you decide not to add the outstanding M50 toll journeys to your account, the tolls and penalties will continue to increase until payment is received.

You can appeal a penalty here if you believe you have received a penalty in error. A member of our Customer Service team will investigate and respond within 24 hours. Please note: Penalties are applied to the registered owner of the vehicle.  If you’ve recently sold the vehicle, please ensure the Department of Transport are informed so the National Vehicle Driver File (NVDF) can be updated.

The NVDF is used to determine ownership of a vehicle. If you have recently sold your vehicle, you must update the Department of Transport so the NVDF can be updated, as eFlow cannot make this change on your behalf. Once the change of ownership has been completed, eFlow’s records will update automatically and any penalties will be transferred to the new registered owner.

You can update the ownership of your vehicle on the NVDF online here.

Please contact us and we will investigate further. Please note that we will need evidence the vehicle has been reported stolen, for example a Garda incident report, before our team can fully investigate.

If you miss the 8pm next day deadline the following penalties may apply:
   • First Penalty: A late fee of €4.00 per journey will be added, and a First Penalty Notice will be sent
   • Second Penalty: If the toll and penalty is left unpaid for 14 days, an additional €50.00 fine will apply, and a second penalty notice will be issued
   • Third Penalty: After 72 days, a further penalty of €125.50 will be charged, and the case will be referred to eFlow’s solicitors; Pierse Fitzgibbon Solicitors for vehicles registered in the Republic of Ireland or Euro Parking Collection for vehicles registered outside the Republic of Ireland.

Continued non-payment may result in legal action.
