FAQs

You can close your eFlow account at any point. To close your account, log in and select ‘Close My Account’ in the main menu.

If your balance is clear, your account will be closed after 30 days. Any refund will be issued to your default payment method. 

If you have a tag, please return it to the following address free of charge to avoid a €20 plus VAT fee.

Please note: Your tag will stop working immediately and you will need to pay your tolls at unregistered rate, and prior to the 8pm next day deadline.

Additional contacts can update vehicle details, add payment information, and manage your account on your behalf. You can nominate up to two additional contacts on a Personal account.
To add an additional contact, select ‘Contact Details’ and click ‘Additional Contacts’ in the main menu after logging in.

If you created your eFlow account over the phone with the Customer Service Team, you will need to activate your account before logging in for the first time. You can activate your account here.

To activate your account, you will need your account number, vehicle registration number and surname located in the welcome letter we sent to you.

You have the option to modify the following account preferences:

   • Notifications: You can receive important service updates by opting in 
   • Communication: You can select to receive your monthly statement/invoice by email or post
   • Language: You can choose to receive your correspondence in either English or Irish

If you would like to review your preferences, log in to your eFlow account and select ‘Account Preferences’ in the main menu.  

Reset Password

If you forgot your password, you can simply reset it by clicking here and entering the email address associated with your account. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Retrieve Username

Your eFlow username can be found in your monthly invoice/statement email. You can retrieve your username by clicking here. You will be prompted for your account number and the email address associated with your account, you will receive an email with your username. If you need additional support, you can contact us.
